The Product Training Specialist - Agriculture Equipment will assist with conducting customer technical training needs including determination of appropriate training content for product within our Agriculture division. This role will use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, and update training materials for customer training starting with telehandlers and their associated attachments and then progress onto new product as needed.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
* Assist in leading technical instruction, both presentation based and hands on, to an audience of customers on JLG agriculture platforms.
* Assist in the curriculum development of course content by providing technical support and JLG agriculture equipment knowledge.
* Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
* Provide feedback from customers on course content and agriculture equipment support.
* Assist in training material updates by providing technical and procedural change information necessary to maintain currency of course materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or its equivalent.
* Experience in agriculture equipment and training
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
* Technical and mechanical aptitude, specifically in agriculture equipment or of the like
* Experience conducting training to a variety of audiences.
* Knowledge and experience with JLG specific machines.
* Understanding of access and/or agriculture industry standards.
* ASE Certification

Pay Range:
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
