Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Training Specialist for a contract opportunity in Greenville, TX.RESPONSIBILITIES:Successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training forairborne and ground-based systems. This position requires attention to detail and follow-up on alldelegated assignments.Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to definethe priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with productrelease dates. Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineeringdocumentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets. Create course materials thatensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems, and the skills needed to operate ormaintain their systems in their day-to-day responsibilities. Must be able to deliver course materialsin a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
