Production and Manufacturing Associate - Brooklyn, NY

About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our production and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, sort, and package a variety of products according to customer orders and specifications.
- Assembly Line Work: Meticulously assemble components to create finished products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Machine Operation: (Optional, depending on the specific role) Operate and maintain basic production machinery, following safety protocols and procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet all quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing setting (a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
