As a Production and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the daily oversight and direction of the CNT (LIB) Division concerning the planning and allocation of resources needed for the Production, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance within the department to achieve the production plan and maintain applicable internal and external requirements as defined by the Company, Customer, or External Parties. - Chemical processing experience
- Previous experience with hazardous chemicals

Essential Functions:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees following company policy
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of raw materials with vendors; may be directly involved with handling at times
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of production scheduling, including the processing of the paperwork; may be directly involved with handling at times
- Oversee the WIP (Work in Process) and Storage Warehouse, including guidance on allocating storage locations and upkeep of the inventory control process
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of deliveries to the customer; will be directly involved with handling
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of the preventative maintenance activities; may be directly involved with handling at times
- Oversee the management of the Document Control, Calibration, Corrective and Preventative Actions, 4M Change management, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
