Responsibilities
- Management of Inventory (receipt, consumption, finished good posting)
- Coordination of Production Schedule
- Facilitation of inventory audits (internal and client led)
- Implementation and management of Barcode inventory management procedures/technologies
- Management of material disposal and all related required documentation of hazardous and non-hazardous material.
- Management of material & process safety.
- Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights;
- Responsible for communicating with all department managers and purchasing on inventory levels and locations;
- Perform other tasks, as may be required by management.
- Enforce and abide by all company policies, procedures, regulations and GMP requirements.
Experience / Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience
- AS400 Software Experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Cosmetics/Raw Material experience a plus
- Experience/comfort with MS Excel a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
