We're looking for hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including Fusion 360 and other solid modeling software, and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and customers. You should have a proven ability to work from drawings, sketches, and instructions and be able to troubleshoot and optimize engineering processes to ensure efficient and compliant part fabrication.About The Job:As an Application Specialist , your main responsibilities will include:Utilizing Fusion 360 or other solid modeling software to create and modify designs.Reviewing customer support quotes for accuracy.Inputting new parts into our ERP system.Working with a wide variety of customers, materials, and applications.Assisting with continuous improvement projects.Providing support and training to team members on new processes and technologies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of projects.Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the design and production phases.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our product offerings.Key Qualifications & Requirements:Proficiency in Fusion 360.Familiarity with machining and fabrication techniques, including CNC programming and operation, is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read technical drawings and produce precise parts and assemblies.Experience with various materials and manufacturing processes.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Experience with ERP systems and data entry.A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education And Experience:Associate's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Technologies, CAD, or a related field is required.Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Technologies, Engineering Technologies, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment is strongly preferred.Certifications in relevant areas, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, are a plus.Salary:$50,000 – $60,000 commensurate with experience.The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting that we would be willing to pay for this position.
