We lead with integrity, trust, and respect to achieve the best outcomes as one team.Your Impact:The Production Artist role will hold split duties of creative production between both APP/ SMA campaigns, as well as daily Display Performance deliverables output. The Production Artist builds and resizes various layouts that are customer-facing content based on creative direction provided by Art director/Creative Director that is in line with seasonal/campaign direction, channel objectives, as well as channel/platform best practices (to optimize performance). Other half of the role's responsibilities will be to create and deliver multimedia campaigns that live across a variety of Paid social media channels.•Partner closely with Creative Director and Art Directors to understand seasonal brand storytelling and support as needed in creating assets. Provide support in being able to choose independently the right typography, graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the project.•Support design and production of various assets that are fresh, compelling, and inspires audiences to engage and shop.•Create/Design multimedia content for a variety of media channels with excellent judgement, instincts, and a sharp feel for the social landscape•Manage timelines and deliverables for daily deadlines, weekly presentations and larger milestone needs.•Must show initiative and ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines.•Efficient in photo cropping and adapting creative layouts to multiple layout sizes on a regular basis for various digital formats and sizes (ex. OOH, digital banners, paid social).•Candidate will be required to create motion content in the form of GIFs and short video. Maintain awareness of the latest trends and changes within design, popular culture, and social mediaClick here for benefit details related to this position.•Bachelor's degree in graphic design required•2-3 years graphic design experience in a related field; 1 year experience in a retail and/or brand marketing environment preferred•Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) required•Knowledge of App landscape•Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality•Ability to work in a hybrid work model, on-site 2 days/weekWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
