Performs these operations with consistently high quality and quantity. Strives to achieve 100% on time shipments to customersAssembles and tests a wide variety of valve assembliesDisassembles and repairs customer returns.Works with the technician or engineer to write process procedures.Ensure all safety measures are followed and maintained to include ergonomics. (6S)Monitor free stock levels to insure that we have a constant supply of materials.Troubleshoot and rework assemblies.Good working knowledge of MSSVConsistently achieves absenteeism/tardiness performance standardsMaintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.Participate in mandatory stretch breaks.Shows strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.May train new employees or those cross trainingHas no distinguishing record of a written warning or higher.Assist Supervisor as neededAll other duties as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsMust be able to alternate between sitting or standing workstations for extended periods of time.
