PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER
Description At Chandler, we design, build, and execute custom retail environments. **We are seeking multiple Production Assembly Technicians** who are looking to be part of a fast-paced, growing, industry leading company. Chandler designs, builds store fixtures for retail environments. Our facility is clean, well-lit and is a temperature-controlled environment that keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer! If you enjoy working with your hands, have a passion for learning and have a mechanical aptitude, this is the perfect opportunity! We are seeking full-time and temporary help as we expand our team.
**What youll be doing:**
Assemble components of retail store fixtures
Package components of, or complete store fixture, for safe transport to our customer
Use assembly tools, such as basic hand and power tools (i.e., cordless drill, utility knife, measuring tape)
Verify components being sent to customer match the pack list (bill of materials)
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Receive and understand verbal work instructions
Work independently or as part of a team
We are willing to provide training for those without previous assembly experience
Requirements **Physical Requirements**
* Able to lift 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
**Work Schedule**
* This is a full-time position, with openings available on first and second shift.
* First shift - a schedule of Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. If overtime exists, the shift will be extended to 3:30 or 4:30 pm and/or an additional shift will be added on Saturday from 6 am noon.
* Second shift a schedule of Monday through Thursday 2:30 pm 1 am. If overtime exists, the shift will be extended to 2 am and/or an additional shift will be added on Friday from 2:30 pm 1 am.
