Job DescriptionIndmar Marine Engines is looking for a dependable, quality-focused team player to join our Production department.Assemblers are responsible for assembling various parts and components onto gasoline-powered marine engines within a particular time-frame. Basic mechanical skills are required and must have working knowledge of hand tools and power tools; candidates without these requirements will not be considered. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. This is a fast-paced work environment which requires great attention to detail. Candidate must have reliable transporation and a valid driver's license. If selected, must complete pre-employment screenings which include a drug and background check. Punctuality and good attendance are crucial to success in this positionQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.Previous assembly experience is desired.Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools and air tools are required.Basic mechanical skills are required. Must be able to work at a fast pace with high attention to detail.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAdditional InformationThis full-time Assembler position offers a starting rate of $17.00/hr with a great daytime schedule. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Work hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday.
