**ob Summary:**
Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble machinery.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards
+ Proficient use of equipment required by the job function
+ Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor
+ Assemble equipment for final operation
+ Perform troubleshooting as required
+ Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done
+ Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous production assembly experience is preferred
+ Ability to perform basic math (add subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals)
+ Possess basic language skills (can read/and understand written instructions)
+ Ability to identify and use a variety of assembly tools and methods
+ Possess basic/general knowledge in reading/understanding schematics
+ Understand equipment performance requirements
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Unimpaired speech, hearing and sight (continuous)
+ Postural changes such as sitting, reaching, climbing, standing, walking and lifting (intermittent)
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to chest high shelving
