AtWork Personnel is seeking experienced Production Assemblers for a cable harness manufacturer located in Joplin. These are temp to hire positions that offer weekly pay and benefits. These are perfect positions for parents that are limited to school schedules.Our client offers flex time, casual work environment, 100% paid benefits once you go perm, and is employee owned, so you can earn shares in the company.1st shift - 4 day work week - Monday - Thursday 6 am - 4: 30 pm - no weekends!Pay - $14/hr - with experience pay will go up. Assembly experience is a plus, but the right applicant will be trained on skills such as soldering, crimping, formboards, mold process and general manufacturing skills. Work in a climate controlled, casual environment!Duties include: - Perform cut, strip, tin and ID processes for wire and cable. - Apply various types of tubing to wire and cable. - Attach pins/contacts to single wire and multiple conductor cable. - Solders jumpers, shields and sleeves on multiple conductor wire and cables. - Splice wires together using mechanical and solder processes.
