Production Assembly 1st ShiftAdecco is currently looking for candidates to work in Production Assembly at a Fortune 500 Company in Winton Hills, OHLab Assembly duties include but are not limited to:Hand preparation of raw materialsHand assembly of prototype products and componentsOperating individual pieces of equipment as needed based on the projectManual inspection, packaging, and labeling of prototype productsMaintaining confidentiality regarding manufacturing processesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferredRequires safety and quality conscious associatesManual dexterity, speed, accuracy, and hand eye coordinationSoft skills necessary for this Assembly position:EYE FOR DETAIL - these prototype products are used in upcoming research studies and must pass quality audits before use; if the prototype is outside of the set specifications, it cannot be used.ACCOUNTABILITY - each person needs to be accountable for their work and end results. Good problem-solving skills needed.SELF-STARTER - each person will be provided with training on the specific project but after the training period (could be as short as hours), he/she will need to work independently and efficiently.FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS - all project details will be provided in written format and will need to be followed step by step for quality results.REPETITION - the person will be doing a repetitive task until the number of prototypes are complete (could be thousands depending on the project)FLEXIBILITY - associates will need to flow to the work and may be asked to complete pack out tasks such as weighing products and labeling as needed.Starting pay $20.00, 12 paid holidays, 5 PTO days after trainings are complete, free parking!
