Description

Production Assembly - Ft. Wayne

Byrna is a growing technology company focused on the manufacture of non-lethal, state-of-the-art self-defense devices. We currently have Product Assembly Positions for experienced assemblers at our new facility in Ft. Wayne.

Hours are M-F 4:00PM - 12:30AM, with two paid 15min break, and a 30min lunch break.

Starting Pay: $21.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift premium

Skills / Experience

* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently

* Ability to follow assembly instructions and interpret technical diagrams

* Ability to discern quality of componentry used in assembly

* Ability to utilize assembly tools and to maintain proper use, care and storage practices

* Adherence to company policies, procedures and directives

* Ability to test finished products and assemblies in accordance with current quality standards

* Ability to communicate & work with other departments within the organization

* Ability to keep a well-maintained workspace

* Previous experience with component assembly or air gun manufacturing preferred

* High School Diploma or GED
