Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in the assembly and production of plastic bins and other plastic materials. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient production, assembly, and quality control of our plastic products. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team. We have a 1st,2nd, and 3rd shift AVAILABLE. APPLY NOW. Assemble plastic components into finished products, following specific production guidelines and quality standards. Monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Inspect and check finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality control standards. Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines. Follow production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands and production targets. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure smooth production flow.
