Production Assembly - Level 1, for Zev TechnologiesLocated in Centralia, WAFull TimeShift: Day Shift / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)Salary: $19-$21 / hour DOEPosition Description:Work at Zev Technologies as an Assembly Technician assembling all accessories, and other firearm products. Our Assembly Technician's responsibilities include assembling different components or parts of semi-finishedor finished goods, preparing a product that is ready to be sold. If you enjoyworking with your hands, in a team environment to reach monthly goals anddeadlines this job could be for you.Responsibilities:Assemble, and visually inspect components and assembliesPrinting, applying, and scanning labelsPackaging completed productsAssisting with stocking, maintaining and picking inventorySort, set, shine, standardize, sustain.Communicating with the production manager and team membersMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentComply with safety regulationsQualifications:High school diploma and one year of work experienceEyesight and manual dexterity sufficient to identify and maintain finish quality of components.Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbsExcellent written and oral communication skillsBasic computer skills, specifically Windows PCs.Experience with enterprise resource planning software is a plus.Familiar with Kaizen or Lean philosophy, 5S pillars:Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentWork independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesBenefits:Health, vision, dental.401(k) with an employer contribution
