Job Description:

  • Efficiently assemble components for cutting-edge renewable energy systems using both hand and power tools.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Follow Process Work Instructions to ensure accurate assembly of parts, including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.
  • Meet production standards within designated time frames.
  • Handle materials safely, utilizing lifting and positioning techniques.
  • Manage materials with a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation.
  • Interpret schematics to assemble machine components with precision.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to construct high-quality final products that contribute to a sustainable future.
  • Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for quality and uniformity.
Essential Functions:
  • Ability to see and hear alarms and timers and follow verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Tolerance for working in an environment with chemicals and materials in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a must!
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Machinery, Skilled Trades, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience working with large machinery.
  • Familiarity with standard power and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required.
  • Reliable transportation—our location isn't accessible by public transport.
Hours & Pay:
  • Monday – Thursday, 5 AM - 3:30 PM, $21.25 - $30 per hour
  • Monday – Thursday, 5 pm - 3:30 am with a $3/hour differential for pay
  • Pay depends on experience.
