Production Assembly RoleShift/Pay:7:00am - 3:00pm @ $17/hr3:00pm - 11:00pm @ $18hr11:00pm - 7:00am @ $18/hrKey Responsibilities:Assemble battery packs according to strict specifications and quality standardsUse hand tools, machines, and equipment to assemble battery componentsPerform visual and functional inspections on battery products to ensure quality and accuracyFollow assembly instructions and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environmentRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plusPrevious experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work with small parts and follow detailed instructionsAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
