Job Title: Production AssistantLocation: Eaton, OhioJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The Production Assistant will support the production team in a variety of tasks to ensurethe smooth operation of the manufacturing plant. This role involves working closely withproduction supervisors and operators to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standardson the production floor.Key Responsibilities:Production Support: Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment. Monitorand report any issues that may affect the production schedule or quality.Material Handling: Prepare and deliver raw materials to production lines. Ensure properstorage and handling of materials to maintain quality.Quality Control: Assist in conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure thatproducts meet specifications and standards.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materialusage, production output, and quality control results.Equipment Maintenance: Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of productionequipment. Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that work areas are cleanand free of hazards. Participate in safety training sessions and report any safety concerns.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies. Assist ininventory counts and replenishment as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members and departmentsto ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
