We are looking for individuals who want to learn the business and receive the guidance to continue to advance within the company!The general role of the Production Assistant is to assist the Production Manager and Branch Operations team with the daily administrative tasks needed to facilitate a project to a completed status. The Production Assistant will act as a liaison to communicate the goals and directives of the Production Manager or the company to install partners, customers, fellow employees, and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational and communication skills, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task.We Offer:* $17-$18/hour* Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit* Full-Time* Eligible for Health Benefits at 60 days of employment (medical, dental)* Eligible for 401k w/company match at 90 days of employment* Paid Time Off (with rollover of unused hours yearly)* Advancement opportunities* Referral bonuses* Employee as well as Friends & Family DiscountsWhat You'll Do:* Complete invoicing for our Install partners and assist with processing installer pay.* Enter material orders into vendor systems and procurement systems.* Monitor and update job progress tracking utilizing computer-based software.* Assist customers with services for warranty or service requirements.* Be responsible for schedule coordination of deliveries from distribution partners and installation partners for customer projects.* Assist in collecting final payments from customers after job completion.* Assist the Production Manager with any other special projects as needed.What We Need:* High School diploma or GED* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Password.* Must have exceptional customer service skills and have a collaborative problem-solving approach.* Must be able to understand basic residential construction terminology and structures.* Must be capable of learning and utilizing different computer operating systems.* Must be able to operate a multi-line phone.* Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.* Problem solving; must have the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues and take action to solve problems* Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills* Able to multi-task* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:* Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods* Requires the ability to move about inside the office* Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds* Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public* Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerHours/Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.
