Company DescriptionJOB DETAILSBase pay starts at $19.00 per hour1st Shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pmDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisorTrack production on schedule boardsNotify supervisor of any mechanical or material issuesMaintain a clean and safe work areaGeneral Labor in different departments of the shop facilityMoving of raw materials with overhead crane and forkliftQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in high production manufacturing environmentInterpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical data and select correct raw material or semi-finished partsAbility to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is requiredPerform general mathematic calculations including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, percentages, and divisionUse power hand toolsDrive a forkliftAbility to work effectively to meet deadlinesRead different measuring devices (i.e. tape measure, protractor, micrometer)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistAdditional InformationSite Address: 101 W South St, Monticello, IA 52310Walk-In Interview: Thursday 2:00 PM - 4:00 PMWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work, and play.
