Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd ShiftLocation: Montrose, COPay Range: $19.50 per hourWhat's the Job?
- Obtain and verify the correct documentation and ingredients for batch production.
- Set up and operate weigh-up or packaging machinery, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
- Process, package, and prepare materials according to customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations (1 year preferred).
- Forklift Operators License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong manual dexterity and quantitative skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.
