So, what makes us stand out from others?We are smaller in size, so we have a tight knit group of employees - it's like family!Employees start out with paid time off - no waiting period to take time off!We offer a highly competitive benefits package with coverage starting the first of the month following your hire date - benefit coverage starts almost immediately!Our pay rates are highly competitive - we pay more for experience and high performers!We are a pharmaceutical manufacturer - all our production and packaging lines are climate controlled!We work hard but don't require employees to work 6-7 days a week - we promote a healthy work/life balance!Primary ResponsibilitiesOperate various manufacturing processes in the Spray Dryer AreaPerform all aspects of manufacturing, including material weighing through processing, in-process testing, final product inspection, and packaging.Perform other manufacturing functions as assigned, such as blending, sifting, milling, always maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentationComplete batch records for every batch according to the SOP's.Able to operate, troubleshoot, and train on all unit operations within their area of responsibility.Maintain production equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly manner.Train less experienced department members in all facets of Particle Dynamics operations and establish plant SOP and cGMP procedures; ensure the training of the operatorsAssist other operators upon completion of assigned tasksReview batch records and other GMP-related documents for accuracyAssist in other areas of manufacturing as needed (i.e. packaging, material handling, etc.).Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and frequentlyFrequent twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and hand movementAbility to work in wet conditions during cleaning periodsAbility to ascend/descend stairs repetitively in hot/humid conditionsQualifications:High School Diploma/GEDStrong verbal and written communicationComprehension of basic math and reading skillsAbility to stand for extended periodsHigh level of attention to detailStrong organizational skillsLives and practices the company's valuesAbility to work as a team and effectively communicate with all membersAbility to operate industrial equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.)Benefits:Health, dental, vision, STD/LTD and life insurance effective the 1st day of the month following a new employees hire date401k match - 4% of 5% the employee contributes (100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2%) - immediate vesting!This position is eligible for the following time off yearly - 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick, 16 hours of personal time - vacation and personal time are available upon hire!Uniforms, safety shoes and safety glasses provided to employees by the companyEmployees are eligible for paid holidays upon hire - 10 ANNUALLY!#J-18808-Ljbffr
