- Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Welding
- Assembly
- Blue print reading
- Machine operation
- Buffing and grinding
- Refrigeration knowledge
- Electrical knowledge
- Hand tool operation
- Fork truck operating
- Basic computer skills
- Tape measure reading
QualificationsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Have good attendance habits.
- Must be safety conscience.
- Cooperative/team player.
- Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.
- Able to learn new things quickly.
- Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
