The Production Associate is a crucial component to our day-to-day operations in maintaining the level of service that has made us, and continues to make us, so successful. Production Associates should have experience using hand tools, light construction experience is a plus, be a good communicator, detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment.Responsibilities:
- Operates nail gun, drills and other hand tools in an assembly line environment.
- Transfers heavy door from rack to table, and down an assembly line
- Check door number to ensure that the correct parts and door are being prepped for installation
- Selects correct parts per customers specifications.
- Preps door with correct parts and striping
- Wear proper PPE at all times
- Responsible to ensure that all of our products continuously meet the required standards of quality and legal standards
- Assists in supporting Safety Procedures and Policies
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or management

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of doors, glass, millwork and related building materials is beneficial.
- General use of power tools is beneficial (brad nailer, framing nailer, miter saw, etc.)

- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles.
Salary Description $20-$22 hourly
