Position: Production AssociateClassification: Non-ExemptDirect Supervisor: Line LeaderBackup: Line LeaderRelated KPI Summary/ObjectiveThe Production Associate is responsible for the production of quality parts and materials based on company policies customer requirements and specifications.Essential Functions

Understand and follow all safety precautions and startup/shutdown procedures.

Operate the machine in a way that eliminates shutdown and fixtures following standard operating procedures.

Report to the line supervisor about any issues on their machine fixtures, product, or department.

Ensure maximum product quality.

Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.

Achieve daily production goals.

Report any issues affecting production or accuracy.

Ability to work overtime (mandatory and/or planned).

always Conducting themselves professionally.

Maintaining a clean workspace (5S adept and maintain).

Daily review of understanding of work instructions.

Demonstrate willingness to learn.

Have a positive work attitude and accountability.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment

This job operates in a manufacturing environment with loud noises and the usage of sharp utensils (razor blades). The position requires the wearing of safety glasses, safety vests, gloves, and other personal protective equipment necessary and appropriate as designated by the materials being handled.
