- Over-time (1.5x) after 40 hrs/wk
- Double Time (2x) on Sundays
- Weekly Pay!
Shift:
- 1st (6:00am – 2:30pm)
- 2nd (2:00pm – 10:30pm)
- Weekends and over-time pending production needs
Position Summary for the Production Associate:This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Production Associates will be responsible for working independently to achieve production goals. Collectively, the assembly line will be responsible for assembling and packaging air fresheners. To be successful in this role, you must have great attendance and attitude, as well as be able to meet/exceed production goals.Position Responsibilities for the Production Associate:
- Operate machinery.
- Assembling components.
- Inspecting products for quality.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Position Requirements for the Production Associate:
- 1 – 2 years of manufacturing or assembly line experience. Forklift experience is a bonus.
- Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be available for over-time and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
