Job DescriptionJob Description

Production Associates at PM Steel are responsible for machining and packaging steel bar and plate products. Functions include but are not limited to, sawing, milling, grinding and shipping.

Successful candidates must be dependable, hardworking, communicate well yet be able to work at a fast pace independently or in a group. Basic math skills are a must. No experience is necessary – if you have what it takes, we will train you on the job!

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting wage $25.50 – $30.00/hr
• Rapid progression increases – earn $31.00 – $35.50/hr in just 2.5 years!
• No experience necessary— fully-paid training on site
• Routine 4-day work week
• 10 paid holidays / year

Requirements:

• Clear background check and drug screen
• Current driver's license
• Physical requirements include being able to push/pull/lift/carry/ standing & walking
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work shifts which may include weekends
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
