**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Pay: 1st: $18.75/hr, 2nd:$19.25/hr, 3rd:$19.75/hr**
**Job Description**
Candidates will load powder into 'boats' which will go through an automated machine that removes the oxygen from the powder. The role requires standing for periods of time and attention to detail in measuring the powder into the boats. Powder produced is used for ammunition, circuit breakers, and diamond drills.
**Hard Skills**
+ Loading and unloading materials up to 35 lbs
+ Basic operating, loading materials into a cooler/heat exchange
+ Proficiency in measuring and material loading
