Production Worker:Shift times Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm and Monday - Friday 7pm - 7am. Weekly rotating schedule.

Location: Oakdale PADepartment: Industrial Bags (Fiber Packaging)Reports to: Production Manager

Job Overview:Join our team in supporting various production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of production tasks and will work closely under senior supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Performing visual inspections of paper bags for quality. Specifically checking for defects ensuring bags are properly folded, glued, and printed according to work order specifications.
• Stacking finished bags.
• Conduct quality checks on products during production.
• Perform regular housekeeping duties.
• Retrieve and label materials and finished pallets.
• Maintain productivity goals and ensure accurate stacking and counting.
• Load and Unload trucks.
• Handle scrap materials, rework, and reclaim as directed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work rotating shifts (8-12 hours), including weekends and overtime.
• Lift up to 50 lbs (assistance for heavier loads).
• Standing, kneeling, and repetitive movements.
• High School Diploma/GED; strong communication skills.
