Job Description:
We are seeking versatile and detail-oriented Production Associateto join our dynamic production team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, inspecting products, and packing materials to ensure high-quality output. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will contribute to variousstages of the manufacturing process while adhering to safety and quality standards. Experience with calipers and micrometers is a plus.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure consistent production quality.Perform assembly tasks, including fitting and aligning components to meet product specifications.Conduct inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions.Pack finished products securely in appropriate containers for shipping or storage.Assist in maintaining machine performance by performing routine maintenance and adjustments.Perform quality checks to identify defects or irregularities in products.Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.Record production data, including quantities, material usage, and any quality concerns.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and meet deadlines.Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.Support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment and processes.Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Experience in machine operation, assembly, inspection, or packing is preferred.Familiarity with calipers and micrometers is a strong advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing up to [Insert Weight Requirement].Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required.Commitment to safety and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.Are you ready to join a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment as a Manufacturing Associate?
