Summary: Performs complex assembly operations by assembling parts and subassembliesDuties and Responsibilities:* Mechanical and technical skills* Dexterity and hand-eye coordination* Attention to detail* Ability to read and follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.* Working collaboratively with other members of the assembly line team* Meeting production targets and deadlines* Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.* Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.* Follow company procedures and directives.* Test finished products for defects.* Maintain the tools used to create products.* Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.* Basic computer skills to scan in and out of routers and printing required documentation* Good communication skills* Ability to be flexible and willingness to interdepartmental cross train as workload requires* Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels* High School w/6+ years' experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/3-6 years' experiencePhysical demands and abilities* Able to lift up to 35 pounds.* Regularly perform repetitive tasks.* Able to stand for entire shift.* Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and* accurately.* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision,* peripheral.* Vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
