Job DescriptionStarting wages up to $22 per hour. Benefits go into effect after just 30 days of employment. We also offer a Tuition Reimbursement program to those wanting to advance their education.The Hoisington, Kansas plant was established in 1974 and employees approximately 250 people. We are a 24/7 operation and produce data communication cables for the telecom industry. Most of our products are sold through distribution centers to large companies such as Google and Verizon. Production Associates are directly involved with the manufacturing of these high-demand products! Full-time positions with a variety of skill levels are available.We are proud to say that we have successfully been a Zero Waste to Landfill establishment for 7 years in a row.
