Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for **Production Associate's** in the **Kennebunk, ME** area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases.**Schedules:***All shift hours aresubject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes*1 st Shift - Monday - Friday - 7:00AM - 3:30PM - $18+ / HR2 nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $19.50+ / HR3 rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday - 9:30PM - 6:00AM - $20+ / HR**Roles Available:****Sandblasters**+ Sandblasting a variety of small parts.+ Attention to detail is very critical.+ Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets.+ Verify quantities.**Polishing Operator**+ Running multiple vibratory bowls.+ Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer.+ Verify quantities.+ Attention to detail and able to read instructions.**Production Operator**+ Consists of loading and unloading coating machines.+ Cleaning and staging part for coating.+ Attention to detail and able to read instructions.+ Verify quantities.**Inspecting/Packing**+ Attention to detail.+ Verify quantities.+ Inspect and securely package customer product.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards+ Complete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data+ Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety+ Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area**Physical Requirements:**+ Up to 8 hours of walking and standing+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to this posting with your resume!**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
