Oscoda Plastics, Inc., manufacturer of accessories for the Duro-Last Roofing System along with Protect-All flooring and ProFlex vinyl expansion joints and roofing accessories, is looking to grow their manufacturing team. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company! This is a full-time position with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on previous manufacturing experience.Position Responsibilities:Assist fellow team members in making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers' needs and expectationsWhile working with a qualified trainer, learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate all machines, (shredder cell, cut-down, roof-tac welding, mixing, roll-cutting, heat treat, etc.) and all proceduresAccurately complete all required production paperworkKeep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guestsAll other duties as assignedPosition Requirements:High School Diploma or GED is requiredAt least 18 years of ageAble to work in a team and have initiative to get the job doneMust be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background checkBend, push, carry, lift up to 50 poundsAvailable to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessaryMust be available to work any shiftPrevious manufacturing experience is highly desiredPosition Benefits:We offer a safe and clean work environment with excellent full-time benefits.
