Job Description:
Job Overview:Support the Senior Production Supervisor by monitoring and maintaining job packets and reconciliation and inventory levels. This position will perform data entry and reconcile back to the ERP system. They will also research discrepancies in inventory counts andprepare the documentation for any inventory adjustments. Provides administrative support to the Operations staff.Essential Functions and Job Duties:
  • Identifies discrepancies or errors on production jobs and works with production staff to investigate and correct errors before jobs are closed to compliance
  • Generates PSES reporting (Sergeant's Daily Production Report)
  • Makes corrections in Innatrack and prepares standard reports from Innatrack as requested or scheduled. Communicates independently with specialists in the warehouse and production areas, with production supervisors and accounting to resolve problems and obtain and provide information.
  • Manages filing system and retrieves files as needed
  • Generates daily production reports, maintains percent give away, and waste reports
  • Completes time studies on production lines to verify production standard accuracies
  • Completes all special project paperwork
  • Supports warehouse cycle count process. Performs physical counts of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports
  • Moves levers and presses pedals to control movement of scissor lift
  • Follows all company safety rules, policies, procedures and GMPs
  • Demonstrates a commitment and understanding of business policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimal Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA Scissor Lift Certification
  • 1+ years of working in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • 1+ years of working with an inventory control software
  • Previous experience utilizing complex filing systems, including the ability to retrieve documents with little notice.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work independently and meet short deadlines.
  • Superior decision making, problem solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills, including significant ability to utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, data management software (SharePoint), and familiarity with integrated systems such as Innatrack preferred.
  • Previous experience utilizing complex filing systems, including the ability to retrieve documents with little notice.
  • Familiarity to production processes and related terminology strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
