Key Responsibilities As a Production Clerk at dnata Catering, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our aviation catering production line. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure all CCPs in the production department are completed accurately and on time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the production team, monitoring the CCPs. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and monitoring ingredient levels to avoid shortages or wastage. Your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized production area will contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the kitchen. By working closely with the production team and following established procedures, you will help dnata Catering deliver exceptional aviation catering services to our clients.

This salary range and is influenced by the level of experience. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package.
You Have:EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years experience in a high-volume food service with at least 1 year experience in food service and production.
