About the team and the role:

As a Production Control Analyst within our Authentication Center you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for improved decision making and continual improvement efforts. This position will be reporting to the Production Control Manager, and will use the data collected to recommend decisions in various areas such as staffing, scheduling, and planning.

The Production Control department works with the AC leadership to ensure that each department is properly staffed to attain daily/weekly projections. With a focus on both current goals and future planning, Production Control is always working towards continuous improvement.

What you will accomplish:

* Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

* Develop and create production control software and tools to manage all aspects of production control.

* Utilize production control software and tools to manage production schedules, inventory, and resource allocation.

* Create reporting and charts to help identify trends.

* Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products through the production process.

* Generate and distribute production reports to management and relevant stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

* Implement and maintain production control policies and procedures to standardize processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

* Assist in the resolution of production issues and bottlenecks by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

* Support production planning and forecasting activities by providing accurate and timely data analysis.

* Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to determine areas of improvement in relation to data.

What you will bring:

Required Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production control/planning

* Expert level knowledge of excel and/or google sheets formulas

* Proven experience using Javascript to develop software/tools

* 1-2 years experience utilizing Google apps scripts

* Proficiency in Google Suite with proven ability to create and maintain new process workflows

* Experience working within various e-commerce fulfillment and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates degree in Business or Technology preferred

* Preferred experience in Tableau, Jira, Concur, Confluence, and Workday

* Basic Python and Excel Macro coding proficiency

* Github experience

* SQL Familiarity

* Knowledge of hobby games like Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokmon

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$55,000 - $60, 500 annually

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
