Summary The qualified candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interface with customers, management and build and maintain a strong, team-oriented work environment. The ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
- Receiving and tracking service calls from the government.
- Prepares service orders and distributes to crew.
- Closes out service call in government system.
- Updates Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Ensure timely completion of all work.
- Tracks and compiles reports for management.
- Prepares payroll for management review and signature.
- Create daily shipment lists from an analysis of open orders and available inventory.
- Compiling and maintaining weekly and monthly performance-to-plan metrics.
- Respond to daily Customer Service request for schedule.
- Maintaining order acknowledgments.
- Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
- Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
- Respond to daily Customer Service request.
- Perform follow up calls or correspondence to insure satisfactory service.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management and/or supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities None Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment.
- Driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance and the ability to travel to local facilities.
- Must possess skills to read, write and comprehend English.
- Must have the ability to manage time efficiently, work with multiple supervisor and managers, as well as maintain schedules.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands
