If you have a knack for precision and a strong mechanical background, this role is an ideal opportunity for you!Job Description:LT Foods America is seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Clerk with a strong mechanical background to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our production and engineering operations by managing inventory, assisting with data reporting, and coordinating engineering store operations at our RTH and Dry Rice packaging plant.As a Production Control Clerk, you will work closely with the Maintenance Lead and production team to support the smooth functioning of inventory management, reporting, and engineering stores operations. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual with strong technical knowledge who can maintain organization, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels for engineering and production materials, ensuring proper storage and organization
  • Order and receive spares and consumables as required
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and verify physical stock against records
  • Prepare daily MIS reports and support data analysis for management decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy within SAP systems
  • Collaborate with finance for payment tracking upon receiving services or materials
  • Support special projects related to operational efficiency improvements
  • Maintain accurate records for engineering and production departments
Education, Skills & Experience:
  • Associate Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Mechanical background with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with engineering stores management
  • Proficiency in SAP software
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing plant with a moderately high noise level
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
