Job Description:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

* Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.

* Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

* Adjust production schedules as needed based on changes in demand, equipment availability, and other factors.

Inventory Management:

* Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.

* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

* Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.

* manage supply chain and delivery schedule

* Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules, inventory levels, and market trends

* Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

* Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.

* Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns

Quality Control:

* Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulations.

* Monitor production activities to identify and address quality issues.

* Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement:

* Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.

* Implement process improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices.

Communication and Coordination:

* Serve as a liaison between production, engineering, sales, and other departments.

* Provide regular updates on production status, potential delays, and other critical issues.

* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

* Excellent and proven personnel management skills

* Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

* May occasionally be required to lift or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds

REQUIREMENT

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.

QUALITIFICATION

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

EDUCATION

* Over than 3 years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or a related field.

* Experience with production planning software and inventory management systems.
