**Job Description**

BAE is seeking a Production Control Specialist to join its organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.

+ Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment.

+ Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components.

+ Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals, tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities, review configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment, documents equipment, component and parts conditions and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings and technical manuals to support life-cycle of product.

+ Coordinates the verification, inspection, and receipt of incoming material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas.

+ Visually checks all incoming material to verify quantity and for any damage to package or contents.

+ Compares accompanying paperwork against contents and original purchasing records to confirm that the proper items have been received and inputs verification of same.

+ Documents missing or damaged parts and completes necessary paperwork.

+ Adheres to company guidelines regarding the proper handling of classified and/or hazardous materials.

+ Routes packages when needed.

+ May assist in the delivery of packages throughout the facility, incorporating the use of power or manual equipment and hand tools to move heavy or awkward materials or packages.

+ Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping duties.

+ Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.

+ Follows shipping practices and procedures along with customer requirements to include transportation routing, schedules and packaging requirements.

+ Verifies quantity, and conformance of materials to stated identifications and documentation.

+ Work with computer systems including both in-house programs and customer portals.

+ Enter vehicle information into vehicle maintenance system.

+ Update inspection results, inventory counts, and task completion.

+ Use this data to track position of the vehicle within the overall process.

+ Generate replacement part requisitions.

+ Update part requisition status.

+ Prepare completed vehicle data for archival.

+ Design, update, and modify reports for use.

+ Extract data for use in compiling reports.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent education/experience

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Ability to work and succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

+ Proficient utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe PDF

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Team Lead or Management experience

+ GCS - Army training experience

+ Forklift experience

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $51390 - $82260

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
