JOB SUMMARY
The Production Control is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Adjust production schedules as needed based on changes in demand, equipment availability, and other factors.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.

- Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules, inventory levels, and market trends
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns
Quality Control:
- Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Monitor production activities to identify and address quality issues.
- Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between production, engineering, sales, and other departments.
- Provide regular updates on production status, potential delays, and other critical issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
REQUIREMENT:
· Excellent and proven personnel management skills
· Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
· May occasionally be required to lift or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
QUALITIFICATION:

EDUCATION :
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
· Over than 3 years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or a related field.
· Experience with production planning software and inventory management systems.
