TITLE: Production Coordinator
LOCATION: Tarboro, NC,
SHIFT: 2nd Shift- Onsite
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel
- Inspect Materials, Products, or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions
- Maintain Operations Data
- Organize Workflow
- Read and Analyze Charts, Work Orders, and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements
- Plan and Establish Work Schedules, Assignments, and Production Sequences to meet Production Goals
- Requisition Materials, Supplies, Equipment Parts, or Repair Service
- Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems, Complaints, or Grievances
- Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate with 10 years experience as a direct production supervisor
- 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth
- 3 years of work experience in a high speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
- Familiar with Project Management processes
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Experience in coaching, and counselling direct reports
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
