Our direct marketing services deliver results utilizing our in-house production, design capabilities, data and digital expertise, and fully integrated approach producing timely and cost-efficient direct mail packages for our worldwide clients.Job SummaryThe Coordinator is responsible for directing and guiding the operator and support staff in the Mailshop facility. They maintain workflow, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the Supervisor to meet organizational goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Maintain workflow through the Mailshop.
  • Conduct quality checks continuously throughout the shift and on every job that is running.
  • Read and understand inserting work orders.
  • Monitor jobs in Printstream to see if they are ready to insert and/or to help locate material for inserting
  • Complete the internal Sign-Off Process.
  • Monitor safety and ensure all employees are wearing necessary PPE and following all safety protocols.
  • Ensure all scheduled jobs are stocked and ready for set-up or are running as outlined by the Supervisor.
  • Complete NCR's when appropriate.
  • Update Floorplan, counts sheet and/or Shift Passdown in Excel as needed.
  • Provide solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Help prepare the floor for shift change, including helping restock, clean-up and making sure there are trays and sleeves at all running machines.
Position Qualifications:
  • Prior leadership/management experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with co-workers and supporting staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with frequent change while understanding the urgency in meeting deadlines
  • Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong PC skills including but not limited to Google Suite, Excel, etc.
  • Forklift Training/License preferred.
