In this role, you will perform detailed analyses of custom cabinetry orders to ensure designs are functional and ready for manufacturing while working closely with designers and product engineers, ensuring each order meets our quality standards. - Analyze designer-submitted orders, floor plans, and sketches to prepare details for manufacturing
- Communicate with designers regarding the functionality of their design and resolve any problem areas to continue processing the order
- Collaborate with product engineers to provide insights and answers regarding dealer requirements and cabinet construction
- Apply knowledge of cabinetry product complexities, including materials, construction methods, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques
- Stay informed on new products, services, and industry trends to improve processes
- Work consistent full-time hours, with seasonal overtime as needed

Our Ideal Production Coordinator - Custom Cabinetry:
- Experience: Minimum one year in custom cabinetry production, job processing support, parts batching, or CNC programming. Knowledge of custom cabinetry, including product craftsmanship, installation, and design.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Basic CAD experience is preferred.
- Excellent Communicator: Collaborate with multiple parties to ensure quality service. Strong rewriting skills are a must for clarification of complex instructions in the order review process.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, think clearly under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills focused on providing a kind, courteous customer experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and creative thinking skills to resolve design issues and enhance order processing.
