The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of both corporate and wedding events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be an effective yet positive communicator.
* Create a positive work environment for the department.
* Help with the daily and weekly organization of storage spaces.
* Maintain a neat, organized and safe work environment.
* Deliver and set-up floral arrangements, linens, props or other dcor for banquets and special events in timely and safe manner.
* Maintain and manage inventory of floral/event supplies.
* Assist with shop duties: cleaning, lifting, processing flowers, prepping and other duties as assigned.
* Be responsible for cleaning/prepping of hard goods.
* Act as on-site contact for event days and ensure execution of design.
* Maintain consistent knowledge of existing and upcoming events i.e. menu meeting, BEO batches, projections and driver's logs.
* Assist Manager and Lead Designers with DPOs, placing/managing orders, Design Boards and client correspondence.
* Follows, and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards).
* Comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Knowledge and ability to set up floral arrangements, linens, props and other dcor.
* Ability to safely lift and move large and fragile objects.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule required.
* Valid California driver's license with 2 (two) points or less.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
