Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Production Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for the coordination of sales and construction trailer placement; ordering and maintaining phone service for the sales and construction facilities and obtaining building permits and water taps. Responsibilities Other tasks you will work on include but are not limited to: File building permit and plan check documents with municipalities for all homes and sales offices. Request checks to pay all tap and permit fees required for each home. Order and coordinate the delivery and permitting of all sales and construction trailers. Order and maintain telephone service to all construction and sales offices and trailers. Pay all bills related to sales and construction offices and trailers. Assembles, applies and pays for all building permit applications on a regular basis. General Administrative support. Requirements Prior experience in the construction or homebuilding industries preferred. Two to three years experience in an administrative support position required. Benefits & Perks!
