Production Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a production coordinator with 1 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for a publishing organization in Mahwah, NJ This role is 5 days a week onsite. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities:
- Create an electronic image of the pages to create manufacturing proofs.
- Review electronic files that are received from clients and check them for thoroughness and completeness in advance of the print process.
- Load customer supplied electronic files for output, onto the Pre-Press file server.
- Monitor the flow of work through the layout, print and production processes and recognize where process errors have occurred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and Mac.
- Must have an understanding of the process color printing process and how one color affects another.
- The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial for keeping projects on track.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills and strong organizational skills needed.
Experience:
- 1+ years of production experience
