Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Production Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring safety, resources, inventory, service/production schedules and processes are being led and directed with the guidance of management. Additionally, this role will ensure customer and organizational objectives are being met. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Leading and guiding staff members • Reconciliation of production inventory locations into the system • Data entry of key transactions within the production and warehouse processes • Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies • Identify material needs for production or warehouse functions • Audit and validate inventory transactions • Coordinate between planning, production and shipping to ensure operational alignment • Research and troubleshoot inventory issues and perform adjustments after • Work on special projects as directed • Responsible for carrying out company policy and initiatives Requirements • Experience in a manufacturing or light manufacturing environment including warehouse operations • Previous experience with inventory, manufacturing and warehouse operations • Functional knowledge of bill of materials as they relate to the production process • Functional knowledge of inventory control processes and practices • Functional knowledge of general warehouse and shipping/receiving processes • Experience operating PIT equipment Knowledge - Skills - Abilities • Knowledge of manufacturing scheduling/planning • Knowledge of production operations both clerical and direct • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience working with ERP systems • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while performing with a high degree of accuracy • Interpersonal skills to collaborate at various individuals in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, and the potential to function in a supervisory role • Possess leadership, organization, and prioritization skills with a strong work ethic • Excellent verbal and written communication Physical Requirements • Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing plant • Occasionally it may be required to reach, squat, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs • Overtime will be necessary
